Garden is Growing Just Fine
We are enjoying the garden. Thanks to the nice ladies at Green City Growers, the drip irrigation system they installed helps us all keep the garden green and growing. We have many tomatoes on the vine: cherry, beef steak and some heritage varieties, too.

We'll start to harvest the Japanese eggplants later this week. And some of the green bell peppers should be ready soon. Hmm, that suggests some kind of Mediterranean Melange. Anyone have a recipe to suggest?

Yum - japanese eggplants sound delicious! Unfortunately, I'm not great at recipes, but please share if you find something wonderful!!
