Spicy and Nice - Rubs for All Seasons


Here's the next new thing I've been playing around with: spice rubs. I've tried a couple of really yummy combinations. A cumin rub that's both tangy and slightly sweet. And then a more concentrated rub that features paprika, cayenne, garlic powder and some other flavors.

I've tried these with chicken, pork and fish. And, you know what, they are delish. I think they could also have potential sprinkled on potato salad or even on creamy polenta.  Any one interested in the recipe, just let me know.
